The database contains current analytical bibliography of newspapers and major journals published from 1999 by Estonians living in exile in different countries. The database is general and the basic selection principle is description of material and original articles about the life of Estonians living in exile. The database does not include news about Estonia nor new editions of articles published in the Estonian homeland press.
The database was created in 1999 and is a continuation of a card file which opens the contents of expatriate Estonian newspapers from 1990 to 1999, and selectively the content of major expatriate Estonian journals and newspapers from 1944 to1999.
